2022 Collecting - Everything else

My last monthly lockdown post was in August 2021, when lockdown was effectively over in the UK. Lot's has happened since then, here's an update on the shirts I've added to my collection since then.

This is a showcase of the miscellaneous shirts I collected from all over the place since August.

Castle Vale Town away shirt for the 2021-2022 season.

They play in the Midland Football league in England.

Something a little closer to my heart, this is the first ever (2021/22) away shirt of AFC Southwick, a side formed after the closure of the original Southwick Football Club.

Kit sponsored by legendary punk poet Attila the Stockbroker, who is also involved with the running of the club.

Something from South Wales now, this is the 2020 -2021 away shirt of Rogerstone FC.

Sponsored by the excellent Tiny Rebel Brewery, this shirt displays the styling of on of their premier beers, Clwb Tropica, which I can vouch for is excellent.

A friend of mine has a girlfriend from Slovakia, so whilst he was visiting her homeland with her he picked me up the 2020-2021 home shirt, complete with the Fortuna Liga sleeve patch.

To North Wales now, this is a commemorative shirt produced by toe marvellous Teejac for the Bangor Comrades.

The Comrades are an independent supporters group for Bangor 1876 FC.

One of the first South American teams to gain a foothold on my website, oldfootballshirts.com was Correcaminos UAT.

I decided I needed one in my collection, this is the 2012-2013 home shirt.

I saw a few charity auctions selling football shirts around the UK during lockdown to raise funds for charities.

This is a match shirt of Hight Wycombe Sunday Football Combination side FC Lions of Wycombe that was auctioned to raise money for local charities.

We're all over the show at the moment, this is another from South Wales.

This is the 2012-2022 home shirt of Newport Corinthians AFC, made by Tor.

Davy Pröpper is a stylish midfielder, he played 107 times for my team, Brighton, but he started his career at Vitesse where he played 142 times.

This is one of his match shirts from the 2014-2015 season at Vitesse.

They're not easy to find, but here are a couple of shirts from the Indian Super League.

Kerala Blasters 2021-2022 away and NorthEast United's home shirt for 2021-2022.

And from China, here is a 2018 home shirt of Shanghai SIPG.

Nameset for Hulk (Givanildo de Sousa) and has the Chinese Super League sleeve patch too.

A trip to Scotland in October 2021, and a trip to the Caledonian Stadium to watch a match,

And an Inverness Caledonian Thistle 2021-2022 away shirt purchased.

A bit of bargain hunting found me this 2020-2021 home shirt of Brazilian Giants Gremio.

And a visitor from Northern Cyprus brought me some shirts from the TRNC.
